Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Womanorder, you agree to the policies outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure you are fully informed of our return and refund process. This policy applies to orders within the United States.

We value our customers and strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience. Although each product is carefully inspected before shipment, we understand that in some cases a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy below:

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The product must be intact, unused, and free from dirt or damage.
  • Original packaging, protective bag (if any), tags, labels, and all accompanying accessories must be included.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The wrong model/color was chosen, or the customer changed their mind.
  • The product has been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
  • The item is custom-made or personalized.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it.
  • We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the product’s condition.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@womanorder.com and describe the issue.
  2. Provide photos of the product and a copy of your purchase invoice for verification.
  3. Once your request is approved, send the product to the return address provided.
  4. Shipping Fees: Responsibility will depend on the case. If the item is defective or the issue is our fault, we will cover the shipping cost in full.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After this period, cancellation may not be possible depending on production status.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including house number and street name). Incorrect addresses may cause delays or lost shipments, and the customer will be responsible for such losses.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
